As athletes entering Italy to take part in sporting events of national interest, as defined by Order of July 29, 2021, and provided that they do not show any symptoms compatible with Covid-19, the players from foreign countries are required to fill out a Passenger Locator Form and to take a pre-departure test taken 48 or 72 hours before entering Italy or present a Covid certificate. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Applied only in respect of entry fee:

*Cancellation of the event by Ministerial Decree or Italian Chess Federation measure: refund 100% of the entry fee. Accomodation and travel costs will not be refunded

*Registration’s cancellation by the player before Friday 5th November: refund 80% of the entry fee

*Registration’s cancellation by the player between Sunday 6th November and Thursday 11th November: refund 50% of the entry fee

BY CAR: SALSOMAGGIORE TERME is 17km (20 min.) from the motorway exit Fidenza-Salsomaggiore Terme of the A1, midway between Milan and Bologna.

BY TRAIN: you can arrive at the rail-station in Salsomaggiore from Fidenza rail-station. For some Intercity and Eurostar trains, you have to change in Parma rail-station. Then inter-regional train to Fidenza every hour. Web site    www.trenitalia.it

PROTOCOLLO DI SICUREZZA DELLA MANIFESTAZIONE

(in ottemperanza alle norme dettate dal Protocollo FSI di indirizzo per il contrasto e il contenimento dei rischi da contagio del virus Covid-19)

• All’inizio della manifestazione e a ogni turno di gioco sarà rilevata la temperatura corporea all’ingresso della sede di gioco a mezzo di termometro a infrarossi senza contatto. Sarà impedito l’accesso ai giocatori la cui temperatura rilevata sia uguale o superiore a 37,5 °
• Gli atleti minori d’età dovranno essere accompagnati presso la sede di gara esclusivamente da un solo genitore o da chi ne abbia legalmente la responsabilità genitoriale: anche il suddetto accompagnatore dovrà attenersi al Protocollo 
• E’ vietato l’accesso in sede di gioco a persone diverse da giocatori, arbitri, organizzatori, staff
• In qualsiasi momento della manifestazione è obbligatorio indossare la mascherina nei locali della sede di gioco, comprese le zone di accesso e transito
• All’ingresso della sede di gioco e dei servizi igienici è obbligatoria l’igienizzazione delle mani con soluzione idroalcolica. L’igienizzazione è largamente consigliata anche nel corso della gara
• I giocatori dovranno entrare già muniti di acqua e quanto eventualmente necessario nel corso della gara, compresa la penna per la segnatura delle mosse
• E’ proibito consumare cibo in sede di gioco 
• Finita la propria partita e comunicato il risultato alla direzione di gara, il giocatore deve lasciare la sede di gioco. Nell’uscita i giocatori devono osservare la distanza di 1,5 metri
• Mantenere la distanza interpersonale minima di 1 metro negli spazi comuni e nelle zone di passaggio e di almeno 1,5 m nelle fasi di attesa o riposo
• Tutti gli atleti agonisti devono essere in possesso della specifica certificazione agonistica o non agonistica secondo le norme di riferimento in tema di certificazione medico sportiva e secondo i parametri federali 
• La Direzione di gara ha l’obbligo di allontanare immediatamente dalla sede di gioco gli atleti che non dovessero rispettare le norme comprese nel Protocollo FSI di indirizzo per il contrasto e il contenimento dei rischi da contagio del virus Covid-19
• La Direzione di gara ha l’obbligo di non consentire l’avvio della manifestazione oppure di sospenderla immediatamente nel caso in cui non fossero più garantite le misure di prevenzione previste dal Protocollo FSI di indirizzo per il contrasto e il contenimento dei rischi da contagio del virus Covid-19.
